Going Digital: How microfinance institutions can better serve their clients using mobile technology

Grameen Foundation ran a blog series hosted by Next Billion (March 17-June 11, 2015) on the challenges and benefits of microfinance institutions utilizing mobile technology to serve their clients. The series explored the foundation's experience building and implementing mobile solutions with two microfinance institutions in Uganda and shares insights for other institutions that want to "go digital".
