Katharin Dyer

Board Member, Strategic Advisor, CMO and AI Professional

Katharin Dyer is a Global C-Level Marketing Executive, AI Professional, and Fortune 1000 P&L Owner who delivers growth and transformation in the digital era. She is Founder of PivotWise, an advisory business for digital transformation and leverage of advanced analytics.

She serves on the boards of Liquidity Services Inc., Providence Health, Noora Health, and the YWCA of Nashville and Middle Tennessee. Katharin served for twelve years on the board of CARE, the Global NGO working to end poverty in more than 80 countries in the developing world.

Just before pivoting to Board and Advisory roles full time, Katharin was a Global Partner and member of the Senior Leadership Team at IBM, focused on AI solutions. Prior to IBM, Katharin was a member of the Global Management Team at American Express, serving as EVP, GM, and Global Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) for the Global Merchant Services Business.

Katharin was Chief Transformation Officer and Global Management Board Member of the Publicis Groupe’s Media and Digital Marketing Business Unit. Before this promotion, she was EVP, Executive Leadership Team Member, and Client P&L Leader for Digitas, the premier, global digital marketing and tech firm serving the Fortune 100.

She was CMO for Advanta, a top ten issuer of Visa/MasterCard, acquired by Bank of America. Katharin held leadership positions in other financial services firms, including Sallie Mae, MNC Financial, and Citigroup.

She is a member of Women in Blockchain and is a mentor for WOMEN in America, the Executive Mentoring initiative. Katharin earned an MBA at the University of Maryland and a BA at the University of Kentucky.
